ロシア連邦 [南部連邦管区] Kalmykia カルムイク共和国 Gorodovikskoe ゴロドヴィコフスク地区(rayon)の農場の1つで 炭疽菌感染症発生。食肉処理した複数の cows [乳]牛のうち、1頭が炭疽陽性(検査確認)。接触した 12人入院中。

で、2010年秋 同様の発生があった。
炭疽で乳牛 3頭が死んだ。他の乳牛 19頭を殺処分 [2010年9月20日]。2010年9月29日時点で、皮膚炭疽のため 8人が入院した。しかし、検査による確定診断は(全患者で)行われていない。

The 1st cases of anthrax poisoning were reported in December last year [2009], and there were a total of 47 cases of anthrax poisoning among heroin users over the next 7 months, including 5 in Fife [ファイフ] and 6 in Tayside [テーサイド] [ブログ投稿者注 ,and 19 in Greater Glasgow and Clyde].
There were a total of 13 deaths caused by the contaminated drug, including 2 in Tayside and one in Fife [ブログ投稿者注 ,and 7 in Greater Glasgow and Clyde].

However, no new cases of anthrax poisoning have been reported since July 2010, and the national Outbreak Control Team (OCT) has now officially declared the outbreak [sic, epidemic, it involved significant numbers in 3 countries. - Mod.MHJ] over.

トルコではヒトの炭疽は深刻な zoonotic 人獣共通感染症問題の1つ。毎年 平均 約300(最近では 150)人感染。国内東部の cutaneous anthrax 皮膚炭疽の小児患者 65人の後向き調査。20人(30.8%)の診断は臨床所見のみ。家畜の食肉処理のほか、肉・皮膚に触れるとき、personal protective equipment PPE 個人用保護具を使うように教育が必要である。

All patients except one had a contact history with infected animals. A 1-month-old patient had a contact history with his mother who had CA [cutaneous anthrax].
On clinical examination, anthrax edema was noted in 36 (55.3 percent) patients, anthrax pustule in 27 (41.5 percent), and anthrax edema and anthrax pustule in 2 (3 percent) patients.

Gram staining and culture was positive for Bacillus anthracis in 35 (53.8 percent) patients, and only Gram staining was positive in 10 (15.4 percent) patients. In the remaining 20 (30.8 percent) patients, the diagnosis was made by clinical findings.

Haiti ハイチ共和国 Ouest Department 西県レヨガーヌ郡 [郡庁所在地] Leogane レオガン市 [首都 ポルトープランスから西 29km, Wikipedia]で、anthrax 炭疽菌 “フランス語 charbon ” 感染症による死亡患者 (第一例目)が確認された。

Hispaniola イスパニョーラ島の西側では、炭疽は hyperendemic 風土病として多発している -- ドミニカ共和国 Santo Domingo 首都 サント・ドミンゴ市は元来、炭疽菌フリーとなっている。

1900年代は例年、多くの炭疽菌感染症患者が報告されていた。
