1. Current situation: the public health aspects
2010年7月21日現在、Q-fever [Qf] Q熱患者 421人(2009年同期 1796人)。
2010年の死亡 5人、2010年の発症 316人。
2. Current situation: the veterinary aspects
2009年12月-2010年7月15日の感染農場 91施設(バルクミルク検査)
2010年7月、2農場の感染発見。
[2009年12月からの breeding ban 繁殖禁止政策により] 妊娠動物がいないため、殺処分なし。50頭を超えるヤギ、羊の酪農場はワクチン接種を行い、各種の獣疫対策 veterinary requirements/measures は継続していない。
3. GR (Health Council) – advice re Q-fever vaccination:
以下のリスクを有する人にはワクチン接種を勧告
- 心内膜炎を1回発症した人 patients who have once had endocarditis;
- 心弁膜の置換手術を受けている人 patients with a heart valve prosthesis (including bio-prosthesis, allografts and conduit);
- 特定の先天性心疾患を有する人 patients with certain natural cardiac handicaps.
4. Comments:
急性のQ熱の罹患率はかなり減少したが、Q熱患者の大半は慢性感染となるので、関連死は今後も報告されるであろう。
