インド [北東端, ミャンマーとの国境のある] Manipur マニプル州保健局は 同州における日本脳炎発生を宣言した [Thu 14 Jul 2010]。

2つの検査機関([下記]ディブルガッ・センター および [下記]ニューデリーの研究所)へ送った患者血液 40検体中、34検体は Japanese encephalitis 日本脳炎ウイルス陽性[との結果報告を受けた]後、保健局は日本脳炎発生宣言。
アッサム州 Dibrugarh ディブルガッ県にある Regional Medical Research Centre 地域医学研究センターへ送った検体数は 27で、このうち 24検体は陽性であった。
同センターへ送った検体 27[の患者]のうち、3人はすでに死亡している。
ニューデリーの国立伝染病研究所では 13検体中 10検体が陽性であったと保健局担当者は電話連絡を受けた。

The department declared the outbreak of the disease after 34 of the 40 blood samples sent to the Regional Medical Research Centre, Dibrugarh, and the National Institute of Communicable Diseases, New Delhi, tested positive. Of the 40 samples, 27 were sent to the Dibrugarh centre. Test results received by the state health department today showed that 24 of the 27 samples had tested positive for Japanese encephalitis. …

非公式ですが、インド Manipur マニプル州の急性脳炎発生の原因として、患者血液 27検体中 24検体で日本脳炎[ウイルス]陽性だったようです。
また、メディア報道によると、死亡患者は すくなくとも 16人[13 Jul 2010]と、増えています。

On the other hand, Newmai News Network today [13 Jul 2010] reported that since 19 Jun [2010] at least 16 persons have died so far [and] 89 persons are undergoing treatment in the various hospitals in the state due to the mysterious disease which has similar symptoms [compatible] with those of the Japanese encephalitis (JE).

インド [北東端, ミャンマーとの国境のある] Manipur マニプル州内の地域( Bishnupur ビシュヌプル県, Khelakhong, Mantripukhri)で急性脳炎症候群 acute encephalitis syndrome (AES)が疑われる 1歳未満の小児 3人死亡 (日本脳炎等の原因診断のため、同症状の患者検体は発送済)。

As per official surveillance reports, more than 100 cases of suspected AES have been found mostly in the valley districts of the state.
